　　抗洪进入了最环节时期，汪海鲲(袁文康 饰)率领六合会世人踊跃抗洪，却被巡查堤坝的佐领蒋成认出，随即率领官差抓捕。汪海鲲赶紧逃离，却发明堤坝上冒出了庞大管涌，死活一线间，汪海鲲没有选择逃命，而是用身材盖住管涌，避免了大坝的垮塌。洪水终究被盖住，可阿克占(张志坚 饰)却因彻查盐引案威逼到和珅(胡明 饰)等重臣，进而被状告为博取功名，私行截留了高家堰维修款，迟误了河工，终极被除名，随后发配伊犁。
